At Zurrgy Creations, we specialize in premium handcrafted marble and onyx products, carefully produced and shipped to customers worldwide. We are committed to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

International Orders

Zurrgy Creations primarily serves international customers. Due to the nature of cross-border shipping, customs regulations, and the fragile characteristics of natural stone products, the following terms apply to all international orders.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

The cancellation period expires 30 days from the date on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the delivered goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us with a clear written statement.

Returns

• Returns are not accepted for international orders once the product has been delivered, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

• Each item is handcrafted and carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will assist you promptly.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos and/or video evidence showing:

  • The product condition

  • The original packaging

  • The shipping label

• Include your order number in all communication

Refunds & Resolutions

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

• A replacement item, or

• A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days (or up to 30 days where legally required) and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

Where a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products

• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear

• Products unsuitable for return due to their nature

• Items inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

• Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping, Customs & Duties

• Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable

• Zurrgy Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier services

Returning Goods (If Approved)

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement

• Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible

Gifts

• If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon successful return

• If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Natural Material Disclaimer

Marble and onyx are natural materials. Variations in color, texture, veining, and pattern are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects.
